NineDays is a service operated by WeGrow Studio SRL, a limited liability company registered in Romania, Cluj-Napoca, with tax code 51174311 and registration number J2025004217007. By booking a sprint or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Services
NineDays provides brand identity and landing page design and development services delivered within a 9-day sprint. The scope of each project is defined at the start of the sprint and includes brand strategy, logo design, full visual identity, brand guidelines, conversion-focused copywriting, landing page design in Figma, and Framer development.
Payment
The sprint fee is $9,999 USD, payable in full before the sprint begins. No work starts until payment is confirmed. The fee is all-inclusive with no hidden costs or additional charges unless agreed in writing before the sprint starts.
Deliverables and ownership
Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of all deliverables including source files, brand guidelines, and the Framer project. WeGrow Studio SRL retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the sprint begins.
Revisions
Each phase includes one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds outside of this scope may be quoted separately.
Cancellations
If the client cancels before the sprint begins, a refund of 50% of the fee will be issued. No refunds are available once the sprint has started.
Limitation of liability
WeGrow Studio SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the sprint.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved under Romanian jurisdiction.
